Rivers across Tampa Bay still experiencing major, moderate flooding
Some residents still can't get to their homes due to high river waters across the Tampa Bay area.
LITHIA — Although Milton came and went, rivers across the Tampa Bay area are still experiencing flooding, adding another headache to residents who are already displaced.
Flood warnings were issued across the region as water invaded roadways and homes.
A map from the National Water Prediction Service shows rivers in the area and how severe their flooding is by labeling each one with a color.
Rivers in flood include the Hillsborough, the Alafia, the Withlacoochee, Cypress Creek, Anclote, Peace and Myakka rivers.
