This forum is for reporting illicit dumping or discharges into the County Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4). "Illicit" dumping or discharge poses "an imminent threat to public health, safety, or welfare or imminent destruction of habitat or sensitive resources." Examples of public surface saltwater or freshwaters include canals, ponds, streams, bays, and gulf, all County storm sewer system structures (including inlets, pipes, lined channels), and all surfaces designed to drain to the storm sewer system (including ditches, swales, curbs). You may remain anonymous (Senate Bill 60).
